Refunds and Return Policy

Return Policy

Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.   Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.

If the pager or accessories do not work, please arrange a warranty replacement with the manufacturer by filling out our repair form.  Make sure you indicate this is a new purchase and include your order number on the form.

Refund Policy

Accounts are charged at the time of order.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned equipment.

Returned equipment must be returned in ‘as-new’ or ‘as purchased’ condition with all boxes, manual, packing materials, and literature included.

East Coast Pagers reserves the right to deny any refund or return based on condition or if original items are missing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Accounts are charged at the time of order.

There will be a 6% order cancellation fee if you cancel the order before it ships.

Incorrect Equipment Ordered

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct hardware for their systems.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned equipment.

We advise all customers to use our Demo equipment, when available, to test the hardware on their local system if they are unsure if the equipment will operate correctly on their local systems.   If there are any questions, please contact East Coast Pagers.

Incorrect Equipment Shipped

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product.  We will issue a return label and send you the correct item.

Programming, Consulting, and Custom Labor

Refunds are not available for Custom Labor, consulting, or on any Programming Fees.   We will do our best to work with you to make sure your pager is working on your local system. If you have any problems or concerns with any work performed by East Coast Pagers, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Special orders / Back Orders

The shopping page at East Coast Pagers will tell you if an item is on back order.

Should an item unexpectedly be on backorder, East Coast Pagers will notify you within 12 hours of the backorder and allow you to cancel your order with no fee or charge.

Should a back-order occur, East Coast Pagers will contact you with an estimated delivery time frame and will give you the option of cancelling your order.

Exchanges

We will work with you to minimize any restocking fee on exchanges.

Exchanged equipment must be unused and unopened. 

All packing material, paperwork, and accessories must be included in order to receive full credit on your exchange.

Buyer will be responsible for returned postage and additional postage on the exchanged item.
