Shipping was extremely fast and I had it sent to a professional for programming. All in all I got my pager back within 2 days of programming. He said it was very easy to program due to he has all the software for these devices already. Please send it to a professional to get it programmed in your county. Very nice I have noticed the battery doesn’t last too long (around 16 hours) but my county there is someone always talking since we have police, fire, Ems all on it. So I’m sure that’s a normal battery rate for this device. So far so good. Going to send it back off soon to add other channels I want personally in it.

Have been overall very satisfied with this product. Clarity is outstanding. Only issue is goes out of range in stores but usually comes back up fairly quickly.

Fantastic receiver. Receives better than my Sds100. Only thing that would make it better is the ability to scan multiple sites but I highly recommend this
